Valentine Set includes outside card PDF & heart SVG files, inside card PDF, envelope SVG files and CD label SVG file. Digital paper can be downloaded from the new free digital papers section of this blog. Put some cherished photos (or a slideshow set to music) onto a CD and match the CD label to the card and envelope to make a special Valentine's Day keepsake!

Download the free digital paper file ("kaleido-purple") from the new free digital papers section of this blog. Print the digital paper onto white cardstock and cut the envelope/cd holder SVG file. Score the cut out along the side and bottom, fold back and glue together to form the envelope. Score the top heart and fold over (this will be the flap that fits into the rectangular cut on the envelope).

Print out a copy of the Valentine 2013 print PDF file onto white cardstock or heavy weight photo inkjet paper. Cut the cardstock or paper so that it is 9-1/2" wide and 4-3/4" tall. Score the card in the center and fold.

For the CD label, print another copy of the digital paper file onto adhesive backed paper and cut it along with the 4 hearts following the instructions below (if you don't want the CD label, place an unwanted piece of cardstock onto your mat along with the hearts, since the hearts and CD label are all in the same cutting file).

Cut 4 of the open hearts using cardstock color or colors of your choice, and glue them onto the front of the printed card so that the patterned hearts show through the openings. Print out a copy of the valentine inside file included in the set, cut around the edges (where the pattern ends), fold in half and glue to the inside of the card.

You will also be cutting a closed heart along with the CD label and 4 open hearts. This closed heart should be used to seal the envelope after the bottom of the heart is placed into the slot on the envelope (see the lime green heart in the image below).
